Courses

All of our course bookings are non-refundable. Physical courses can currently be rescheduled due to the global pandemic.

Payment

All of our courses initial deposits are paid for via Stripe. None of your banking details are held by The Quarters Barbering Academy Ltd on this site.

For physical courses, you can choose to pay an initial deposit and then the remainder 14 days before your course date. If this payment is not made by this date then you forfeit your deposit and The Quarters Barbering Academy reserves the right to allocate your spot to someone else.

The remaining payments (partial payments) will need to be settled via bank transfer. Please notify us at enquires@quartersbarberingacademy.co.uk when you have completed your transfer and please include your order number in the email. Failure to do this may delay your learning on the day whilst we authenticate your payments.

Vouchers for specific products may be available from time to time. The Quarters Barbering Academy Ltd reserve the right to cancel and refund any payment when vouchers are used incorrectly.

Online course

Modules material

Online course material is released to you depending on your length of membership subscription. You have to have a valid and active membership to watch any course material. If you cancel your membership you will unable to watch any material on this platform including content for months you have already subscribed to. It is prohibited to share user logins and we use a cookie to track information on logins.

Payment

The online course is paid via stripe subscriptions. You will receive a payment renewal reminder 7 days before payment.

There is a 3 day overdue period and then a 7 day suspension period before your account is suspended. This means that you lose access to the modules you have signed up for so far.

Use of Cookies

This website uses cookies to better the users experience whilst visiting the website. Refunds

Under no circumstance will refunds will be offered for either the physical or online courses. In case of emergency or illness, a physical course can be re-arranged for a later date. If a student is unhappy with the physical course we MUST be notified during the course or within 7 days following the course to arrange additional training.

Employment

After completing The Quarters Academy no employment will be guaranteed as the same with any University, college or any other professional teaching establishment.

We will pass on the knowledge & training enough for any hardworking passionate student to begin work, however other employers jurisdictions & criteria is out of our control. 

The Quarters does look for employees from the courses & has a large percentage of their staff coming from the academy however this is never promised or guaranteed. 

Models

Models will be provided by The Quarters barbering academy using the general public for free haircuts, we try to not use Dolls where we can. However, it is completely out of our control if models fail to attend and/or book in. We will aim to get each student at least 10 human models in partner & solo.

Equipment

All equipment will be provided for the course, if a student wishes to bring their own they must be presented to the tutor to be fully inspected for electrical safety & tools must be fully sterilised. 

Models

We provide all models using social media platforms and a database, however some times we have no shows and quieter days. Other days are extremely busy. If a model no shows this is completely out of our control and no refund, compensation or reduction in course cost will be accepted regarding this.

Valuables

The Quarters barbering academy accepts no liability for damage or loss to a student’s valuables & personal belongings.
